परीक्षा के बारे में

भारतीय स्टेट बैंक जूनियर एसोसिएट (कस्टमर सपोर्ट एंड सेल्स) की भर्ती लिपिक संवर्ग में, राज्यवार करता है। 2026-27 चक्र (विज्ञापन CRPD/CR/2026-27/17) में उम्मीदवार एक राज्य या केंद्रशासित प्रदेश के लिए आवेदन करता है, उस राज्य की चुनी हुई स्थानीय भाषा पढ़, लिख, बोल और समझ सके, और इस भर्ती में केवल एक बार बैठ सकता है। आयु 01.04.2026 को 20 वर्ष से कम और 28 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए, अर्थात् जन्म 02.04.1998 से पहले और 01.04.2006 के बाद नहीं, विज्ञापन में दी छूट के साथ। 31.12.2026 तक किसी भी विषय में स्नातक या केंद्र सरकार द्वारा मान्य समकक्ष योग्यता चाहिए। विज्ञापन में 7,680 नियमित रिक्तियाँ दी हैं और कहा है कि संख्याएँ अनंतिम हैं।

चरण-I, प्रारंभिक परीक्षा, 100 अंकों की एक घंटे की ऑनलाइन वस्तुनिष्ठ परीक्षा है: अंग्रेजी भाषा (30 प्रश्न, 30 अंक, 20 मिनट, केवल अंग्रेजी में), संख्यात्मक क्षमता (35 प्रश्न, 35 अंक, 20 मिनट) और तर्कशक्ति (35 प्रश्न, 35 अंक, 20 मिनट)। हर परीक्षा का अपना टाइमर है। गलत उत्तर पर उस प्रश्न के अंक का एक-चौथाई कटता है। बैंक किसी एक परीक्षा या कुल अंक के लिए न्यूनतम अर्हक अंक नहीं रखता और खंडवार अंक नहीं रखता। रिक्तियों के लगभग दस गुना उम्मीदवार, उपलब्धता के अनुसार, कुल अंकों के आधार पर मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए चुने जाते हैं। 2026-27 की acquaint yourself पुस्तिका के अनुसार हर प्रश्न के पाँच विकल्प होते हैं।

चरण-II, मुख्य परीक्षा, ऑनलाइन और वस्तुनिष्ठ है: 190 प्रश्न, 200 अंक, 2 घंटे 40 मिनट, हर परीक्षा का अलग टाइमर और वही एक-चौथाई कटौती। सामान्य/वित्तीय जागरूकता (50 प्रश्न, 50 अंक, 35 मिनट), सामान्य अंग्रेजी (40 प्रश्न, 40 अंक, 35 मिनट, अंग्रेजी में), मात्रात्मक योग्यता (50 प्रश्न, 50 अंक, 45 मिनट) और तर्कशक्ति एवं कंप्यूटर अभिरुचि (50 प्रश्न, 60 अंक, 45 मिनट)। कुल पर न्यूनतम प्रतिशत बैंक तय करता है; SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, भूतपूर्व सैनिक और दिव्यांग भूतपूर्व सैनिक को उस पर 5% की छूट है। किसी एक विषय का न्यूनतम नहीं है। अंतिम मेरिट में केवल मुख्य परीक्षा के अंक जुड़ते हैं। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के अंक नहीं जुड़ते।

जो उम्मीदवार चयन के योग्य हों और कक्षा 10 या 12 की अंकतालिका या प्रमाण पत्र से चुनी हुई स्थानीय भाषा पढ़ने का प्रमाण न दे सकें, उन्हें अनंतिम चयन के बाद और नौकरी से पहले स्थानीय भाषा प्रवीणता परीक्षा देनी होती है। इसमें असफल होने पर नियुक्ति नहीं मिलती। पाँच वर्ष तक अंतर-मंडल या अंतर-राज्य स्थानांतरण नहीं है। स्नातक की प्रारंभिक मूल वेतन 26,730 रुपये है (24,050 रुपये और दो अग्रिम वेतन वृद्धि) और विज्ञापन महानगर जैसे मुंबई में तत्कालीन दरों पर प्रारंभिक परिलब्धियाँ लगभग 46,000 रुपये मासिक बताता है। परिवीक्षा कम से कम छह महीने की है।

अंक कैसे मिलते हैं

A right answer scores the mark assigned to that question and a wrong answer takes away one fourth of that mark. Unanswered questions score nothing. General/Financial Awareness is out of 50, General English out of 40, Quantitative Aptitude out of 50 and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude out of 60. If every question inside a 1-mark test is worth 1, a wrong answer costs 0.25 and the three tests can fall to −12.5, −10 and −12.5. Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude is 50 questions for 60 marks; this scale assumes an even 1.2 marks each, so a wrong answer costs 0.30 and the test can fall to −15. The merit total is the aggregate out of 200. The Bank sets a minimum aggregate percentage (5% lower for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, ex-servicemen and disabled ex-servicemen) and does not prescribe a minimum for any one test. Trained apprentices of SBI who meet the advertisement's conditions get 2.5% of 200, that is 5 marks, added to the aggregate. Preliminary marks are not added.

4. अंग्रेजी: रिक्त स्थान

   अकेले शब्द नहीं, तय जोड़ी जाँचें: 'no sooner ... than', समय-बिंदु के साथ 'since', 'prevent from', 'call off'।

5. अंग्रेजी: समानार्थी और विलोम

   देखें कि समान अर्थ पूछा है या विपरीत। विलोम के विकल्पों में एक समानार्थी शब्द अक्सर जाल होता है।

6. अंग्रेजी: वाक्य क्रम

   जिस जोड़ी को सर्वनाम या 'so that' बाँधता है उसे पहले तय करें, फिर केवल वही विकल्प देखें जिनमें वह जोड़ी हो।

7. संख्यात्मक क्षमता: सरलीकरण

   BODMAS लगाएँ और गुणा से पहले काट लें। a² − b² के लिए दोनों का वर्ग निकालने के बजाय (a − b)(a + b) लिखें।

8. संख्यात्मक क्षमता: संख्या श्रृंखला

   पदों के बीच का अंतर लिखें। यदि अंतर स्वयं एक समान मात्रा से बढ़ते हैं, या हर पद दुगना होकर 1 से बदलता है, तो अगला पद तय हो जाता है।

9. संख्यात्मक क्षमता: आँकड़ा निर्वचन

   स्तंभ जोड़ने से पहले तालिका के शीर्षक में इकाई पढ़ें। केवल उन्हीं खानों की गणना करें जिनका प्रश्न में नाम है।

10. संख्यात्मक क्षमता: प्रतिशत, लाभ और छूट

    लाभ क्रय मूल्य पर होता है और छूट अंकित मूल्य पर। 20% वृद्धि × 6/5 है; उसे पलटने के लिए 6/5 से भाग दें।

11. संख्यात्मक क्षमता: अनुपात और औसत

    कुल बाँटने से पहले अनुपात के पद जोड़ें। जब दो अनुपातों में एक पद समान हो, तो जोड़ने से पहले उस पद को बराबर करें।

12. संख्यात्मक क्षमता: समय और कार्य, समय और दूरी

    एक दिन का काम भिन्नों में जोड़ें, फिर योग का उल्टा लें। चाल किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा में रखें, या दूरी बाँटने से पहले × 5/18 करें।

13. संख्यात्मक क्षमता: साधारण और चक्रवृद्धि ब्याज

    साधारण ब्याज PRT/100 है। दो वर्षों में चक्रवृद्धि और साधारण ब्याज का अंतर P × (R/100)² होता है।

    स्थान एक पंक्ति में लिखें और पहले तय छोर रखें। यदि दो व्यवस्थाएँ बचें, तो कोई शर्त छूट गई है।

    निष्कर्ष तभी निकलता है जब वह कथनों के हर संभव चित्र में सही हो। 'कुछ' सही हो सकता है, पर ज़रूरी नहीं।

16. तर्कशक्ति: असमानता

    श्रृंखला एक ही दिशा में जोड़ें। A ≥ B > C से A > C मिलता है। इसे C > A न बनाएँ।

17. तर्कशक्ति: कूटलेखन

    नए शब्द पर जाने से पहले नियम उदाहरण पर जाँचें: अक्षर खिसकाना, उल्टा करना, या खिसकाने के बाद उल्टा करना।

18. तर्कशक्ति: सादृश्यता और विषम चयन

    संबंध एक वाक्य में लिखें (औज़ार और उसका काम, संख्या और उसका घन) और जो विकल्प उसे तोड़े उसे छोड़ें।

19. तर्कशक्ति: रक्त संबंध, दिशा और क्रम

    परिवार का चित्र + और − के साथ बनाएँ, या कंपास, या बाएँ से गिनी पंक्ति। दाएँ से स्थान = कुल − बाएँ से स्थान + 1।

Local language and circle posting

The candidate opts for one local language of the State at application. There is no inter-circle or inter-state transfer for five years, except that the Bank may later consider an exceptional compassionate or spouse-ground request under its transfer instructions. • How the 60 marks of Main Examination Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude are divided among the 50 questions. The scale here assumes 1.2 marks each and a penalty of 0.30. If the Bank assigns different marks to different questions, a single question's penalty is still one fourth of its own mark, but the step of 0.3 would be wrong.
• How the compensatory 20 minutes per hour is applied to the three separate 20-minute Preliminary timers (one block of 20 extra minutes, or a share of each timer).
• Whether each 20-minute test must run to the end. The booklet says candidates are not permitted to submit before the preliminary exam's duration is over, and that they can move among questions within the current test. It does not say in a separate sentence that a finished section can be left early.
• The Local Language Proficiency Test: time allowed, whether the 20-mark verbal test is spoken or written, and how many questions that verbal test has. The advertisement's table leaves those cells blank.
• The first year this three-test Preliminary pattern was used. The date on this guide is the 2026-27 advertisement (registration from 11.08.2026), not a claim that the pattern began then.
