परीक्षा के बारे में
भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अपने कार्यालयों में सहायक की भर्ती देशव्यापी परीक्षा से करता है। 16 फ़रवरी 2026 की विज्ञापन (पैनल वर्ष 2025) में 650 पद हैं। किसी भी विषय में स्नातक डिग्री, कुल अंकों में कम से कम 50% (अजा, अजजा और बेंचमार्क दिव्यांगता वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए उत्तीर्ण) तथा कंप्यूटर पर शब्द-संसाधन का ज्ञान चाहिए। 1 फ़रवरी 2026 को आयु 20 से 28 वर्ष होनी चाहिए, विज्ञापन में दी गई छूट के साथ। जिस कार्यालय के लिए आवेदन हो, उसकी राजभाषा या स्थानीय भाषा भी आनी चाहिए।
चयन के तीन चरण हैं। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा ऑनलाइन है: 100 प्रश्न, 100 अंक, 60 मिनट। अंग्रेजी भाषा में 30 प्रश्न और 20 मिनट, अंकीय योग्यता में 35 प्रश्न और 20 मिनट, तार्किक योग्यता में 35 प्रश्न और 20 मिनट। हर परीक्षण की अपनी घड़ी है। उम्मीदवार केवल उसी समय में उस परीक्षण के प्रश्न कर सकता है, समय समाप्त होने से पहले अगला परीक्षण नहीं खुलता, और पीछे नहीं लौट सकता। हर प्रश्न के पाँच विकल्प होते हैं और एक ही सही होता है। गलत उत्तर पर एक-चौथाई अंक कटता है। रिक्तियों के लगभग दस गुना उम्मीदवार, श्रेणीवार और उपलब्धता के अनुसार, मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए चुने जाते हैं। हर परीक्षण में और कुल अंकों में अलग-अलग अर्हता चाहिए; कट-ऑफ बैंक तय करता है।
मुख्य परीक्षा भी ऑनलाइन है: 200 प्रश्न, 200 अंक, 135 मिनट, हर परीक्षण की अलग घड़ी। तर्कशक्ति 40 प्रश्न और 30 मिनट, अंग्रेजी भाषा 40 प्रश्न और 30 मिनट, आंकिक योग्यता 40 प्रश्न और 30 मिनट, सामान्य जागरूकता 40 प्रश्न और 25 मिनट, कंप्यूटर ज्ञान 40 प्रश्न और 20 मिनट। गलत उत्तर पर वही एक-चौथाई अंक कटता है और विकल्प पाँच होते हैं। मुख्य परीक्षा के कुल अंकों पर रिक्तियों के लगभग दोगुने उम्मीदवार अनिवार्य भाषा प्रवीणता परीक्षा के लिए बुलाए जाते हैं, जो संबंधित राज्य की राजभाषा या स्थानीय भाषा में होती है। किसी को छूट नहीं है। अंतिम चयन ऑनलाइन परीक्षा की मेरिट, भाषा परीक्षा में उत्तीर्णता, चिकित्सा योग्यता और प्रमाण-पत्रों की जाँच पर होता है। एक से अधिक सत्र हों तो अंकों का समीकरण किया जाता है।
चयनित सहायक का प्रारंभिक मूल वेतन ₹29,000 प्रति माह है, विज्ञापन में दिए वेतनमान में। विज्ञापन के अनुसार मकान किराया भत्ते के बिना प्रारंभिक मासिक सकल परिलब्धियाँ लगभग ₹58,514 हैं। तैनाती भर्ती क्षेत्र में होती है, और उस क्षेत्र के केन्द्रों में स्थानांतरण हो सकता है। अंग्रेजी को छोड़कर शेष परीक्षण अंग्रेजी और कार्यालय की चुनी भाषा, जिसमें हिंदी भी है, में दिखते हैं।

The Main Examination information handout (Hindi, on rbi.org.in) repeats the separate clocks, five options and the quarter-mark penalty, and says cut-offs may be applied on each test and on the total.
The Language Proficiency Test is conducted at the Bank's regional offices in the official or local language of the State. It is not a multiple-choice paper and is not set as a practice test here.

अंक कैसे मिलते हैं
Each of the 200 questions carries 1 mark. A wrong answer takes away 0.25 marks and a question left unanswered scores 0, so each test runs from −10 to 40 and the paper from −50 to 200. All five tests are added. The Bank also applies a cut-off on each test and on the total; it does not print those percentages in the advertisement, so a raw total here is not a pass or fail. Scores are reported to two decimal places and equated across sessions. Candidates called for the Language Proficiency Test are those who stand high enough on the aggregate of the Main Examination, about twice the number of vacancies. The language test is mandatory and qualifying. The practice test on this site is for the Preliminary Examination.

पहले कोष्ठक और 'का', फिर बाएँ से गुणा और भाग, फिर जोड़ और घटाव। अगले चिह्न पर जाने से पहले हर चरण को पूरी संख्या में लिख लें।
संख्या श्रृंखला
पदों के नीचे अंतर लिखें। यदि वे अंतर खुद एक निश्चित कदम से बढ़ते हैं, या हर पद पिछले का दोगुना जमा या घटा एक है, तो अगला पद चुनने से पहले नियम को हर पद पर जाँचें।

प्रतिशत
यदि मान r प्रतिशत बढ़ चुका है, तो मूल पाने के लिए (100 + r) से भाग दें और 100 से गुणा करें। दो क्रमिक वृद्धियों में गुणनखंडों को गुणा करें; प्रतिशत जोड़ें नहीं।
लाभ और हानि
विक्रय मूल्य = लागत × (100 + लाभ%)/100। विक्रय मूल्य और हानि प्रतिशत दिए हों तो (100 − हानि%) से भाग दें। यदि n वस्तुओं की लागत m वस्तुओं के विक्रय मूल्य के बराबर हो, तो लाभ प्रतिशत (n − m)/m × 100 है।
साधारण और चक्रवृद्धि ब्याज
साधारण ब्याज = P × R × T / 100। दो वर्ष का चक्रवृद्धि ब्याज = P × (1 + R/100)² − P। अंतिम चरण को दोनों वर्षों का ब्याज अलग-अलग जोड़कर जाँचें।
समय और कार्य
एक दिन का काम भिन्न में लिखें। साथ काम करने वालों के भिन्न जोड़ें, और 1 को उस योग से भाग दें। यदि कोई हिस्सा हो चुका है, तो दूसरे व्यक्ति के दिन लगाने से पहले उसे घटा दें।
समय, चाल और दूरी
समय = दूरी ÷ चाल, दोनों एक ही इकाई में। आमने-सामने आते दो व्यक्ति अंतर को अपनी चालों के योग से पाटते हैं। 54 किमी/घंटा = 15 मी/से: किमी/घंटा को 5/18 से गुणा करें।
अनुपात और आयु
योग को a : b में बाँटने के लिए योग को a/(a+b) और b/(a+b) से गुणा करें। आयु में वर्तमान आयु को x के गुणज मानें, बाद का अनुपात लिखें, और एक समीकरण हल करें।
पहेली: पंक्ति, मंजिल और वृत्त
पहले छोर और दिए हुए स्थान भरें, फिर जो एक स्थान बचे उसे भरें। वृत्त में केवल वही दिशा लें जो प्रश्न ने बताई हो; बाएँ-दाएँ को उलटें नहीं।
न्यायवाक्य
'सभी A, B हैं' से 'कुछ B, A हैं' निकलता है। 'कुछ A, B हैं' और 'सभी B, C हैं' से 'कुछ A, C हैं' निकलता है, 'सभी A, C हैं' नहीं। 'कोई नहीं' वाला कथन केवल उसी हिस्से को रोकता है जिसका वह नाम लेता है।
असमानता
एक ही ओर मुख वाले चिह्न जोड़ें: > और ≥ मिलकर > बनते हैं। बीच में उल्टी ओर का < हो तो दोनों को न जोड़ें। 'निश्चित' का अर्थ है हर संभव स्थिति, एक उदाहरण नहीं।
कोडिंग और डिकोडिंग
प्रश्न के शब्द पर जाने से पहले नियम को दोनों उदाहरणों पर जाँचें। +1 की चाल, उलटना, या पहले और अंतिम अक्षर की अदला-बदली हर दिए शब्द पर बैठनी चाहिए, केवल पहले पर नहीं।
रक्त संबंध
तीन पीढ़ियों को तीन पंक्तियों में बनाएँ। किसी महिला के मुँह से 'मेरी माँ की इकलौती पुत्री' का अर्थ वही वक्ता है। ऐसा बहन न जोड़ें जिसे वाक्य ने काट दिया हो।
दिशा ज्ञान
उत्तर को ऊपर रखें। उत्तर से दायाँ मुड़ना पूर्व की ओर मुख करता है। विपरीत दिशाओं की बराबर दूरियाँ काट दें, फिर जो बचे उसे पढ़ें।
परीक्षा के बाद
केवल जानकारी के लिए। चयन, आवंटन और प्रवेश आपके वर्ष के आधिकारिक नोटिस के नियमों से होते हैं, जो बदल सकते हैं।

A clerical post in an RBI office. The advertisement dated 16 February 2026 gives a starting basic pay of ₹29,000 a month and initial monthly gross emoluments of about ₹58,514 without house rent allowance. House rent allowance of 15% of pay is paid if the employee is not in the Bank's accommodation. Posting is in the recruiting zone, with liability to transfer among the centres of that zone. - The English Preliminary information handout (file name 01HandoutEnglish02042026) was not found on rbi.org.in on 2026-10-16. Five options, separate timers, the quarter-mark penalty and the two-stage cut-off are taken from the Hindi handout on rbi.org.in. A file of that English name, hosted outside the Bank, was read the same day and agrees with the Hindi handout.
- How the compensatory 20 minutes per hour is split across the three 20-minute Preliminary tests is not stated in the advertisement.
- The advertisement says final selection follows performance in the online examination in order of merit, after the language test. The call for that language test is on the aggregate of the Main Examination. The advertisement does not use a separate sentence to say that Preliminary marks are left out of the final order.
- The Bank fixes the sectional and overall cut-offs and does not print the minimum percentages in the advertisement. This guide does not treat any raw total as a pass.
- The date on the pattern is the 16 February 2026 advertisement. The same 30-35-35 shape with 20 minutes each is older than that notice; this page does not date the first year it was used.
- The 650 vacancies include backlog figures shown in brackets in the advertisement, and the Bank may change the number.
