आईबीपीएस भाग लेने वाले सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों में प्रोबेशनरी ऑफिसर / प्रबंधन प्रशिक्षु की साझा भर्ती प्रक्रिया (CRP PO/MT) चलाता है। 30 जून 2026 की CRP PO/MT-XVI की विस्तृत अधिसूचना 2027-28 की रिक्तियों के लिए है। उसमें नामित बैंक हैं: बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा, बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, बैंक ऑफ महाराष्ट्र, केनरा बैंक, सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, इंडियन बैंक, इंडियन ओवरसीज बैंक, पंजाब नेशनल बैंक, पंजाब एंड सिंध बैंक, यूको बैंक और यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया।

चयन में ऑनलाइन प्रारंभिक परीक्षा, ऑनलाइन मुख्य परीक्षा (वस्तुनिष्ठ परीक्षण और वर्णनात्मक पत्र), अनिवार्य किन्तु अहर्ताकारी नहीं व्यक्तित्व परीक्षण, और साझा साक्षात्कार हैं। कोई भी विषय में स्नातक, जिसका परिणाम 21 जुलाई 2026 को या उससे पहले घोषित हो, आवेदन कर सकता है। 1 जुलाई 2026 को आयु 20 से 30 वर्ष है, अधिसूचना में दी गई छूट के साथ। अधिसूचना में मूल वेतनमान ₹48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920 है, तथा भत्ते बैंक के नियमों के अनुसार।

प्रारंभिक परीक्षा 60 मिनट में 100 प्रश्न और 100 अंक की वस्तुनिष्ठ परीक्षा है, 20-20 मिनट के तीन अलग-अलग समय वाले परीक्षणों में: अंग्रेज़ी भाषा (30 प्रश्न, 30 अंक, केवल अंग्रेज़ी), मात्रात्मक अभिरुचि (35 प्रश्न, 30 अंक, अंग्रेज़ी और हिंदी) और तर्कशक्ति (35 प्रश्न, 40 अंक, अंग्रेज़ी और हिंदी)। हर परीक्षण में आईबीपीएस द्वारा तय कट-ऑफ पार करनी होती है।

गलत उत्तर पर उस प्रश्न को दिए अंकों का एक चौथाई काटा जाता है। खाली छोड़ा प्रश्न शून्य अंक देता है। आईबीपीएस अलग-अलग सत्रों के अंक सम-प्रतिशतक विधि से सामान्यीकृत करता है और गणना में दो दशमलव तक लेता है। व्यक्तित्व परीक्षण और साक्षात्कार के लिए छँटाई तथा अंतिम मेधा में केवल मुख्य परीक्षा के अंक गिने जाते हैं। साक्षात्कार 100 अंक का है, न्यूनतम 40% (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD के लिए 35%)। मुख्य परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार का भार 80:20 है।

उसी अधिसूचना के अनुसार मुख्य परीक्षा की स्क्रीन पर क्रम तय नहीं है। वस्तुनिष्ठ परीक्षण अलग-अलग समय के हैं: तर्कशक्ति (40 प्रश्न, 60 अंक, 45 मिनट), सामान्य/अर्थव्यवस्था/बैंकिंग जागरूकता तथा आरबीआई परिपत्रों सहित डिजिटल/वित्तीय जागरूकता (50 प्रश्न, 60 अंक, 35 मिनट), अंग्रेज़ी भाषा (40 प्रश्न, 20 अंक, 35 मिनट) और आँकड़ों का विश्लेषण एवं निर्वचन (40 प्रश्न, 60 अंक, 45 मिनट)। यह 160 मिनट में 170 प्रश्न और 200 अंक हैं। इसके बाद निबंध और बोध का वर्णनात्मक पत्र: 2 प्रश्न, 25 अंक, 30 मिनट, अंग्रेज़ी में। पूरी मुख्य परीक्षा 3 घंटे 10 मिनट की है। यहाँ अभी मुख्य परीक्षा का अभ्यास परीक्षण नहीं है।

अंक कैसे मिलते हैं

English Language has 30 questions for 30 marks, so each question is 1 mark and a wrong answer takes away 0.25. Quantitative Aptitude has 35 questions for 30 marks and Reasoning Ability has 35 questions for 40 marks. The notice does not give a mark for each question. If the marks of a test are shared equally, a wrong answer still costs one fourth of the marks assigned to that question, so a test answered entirely wrongly scores minus one fourth of its maximum: −7.5, −7.5 and −10. A blank scores 0. The three tests add to a total out of 100, and a candidate must also reach a cut-off in each test, fixed by IBPS and not published as a number in the notice. Scores are normalised across sessions and taken to two decimal places; this calculator adds the raw marks. English moves in steps of 0.25. The other two tests move in hundredths, which is the unit the notice uses for calculation.

1. अंग्रेज़ी: अपठित गद्यांश

   उत्तर गद्यांश की पंक्तियों से दें। जो बात गद्यांश में नहीं है, वह विकल्प छोड़ दें, चाहे वह कितना भी संभावित लगे।

2. अंग्रेज़ी: क्लोज़ टेस्ट

   कोई रिक्त स्थान भरने से पहले पूरा गद्यांश एक बार पढ़ें। शब्द रिक्त स्थान के दोनों ओर के व्याकरण और अर्थ से मेल खाना चाहिए।

3. अंग्रेज़ी: त्रुटि पहचान

   पहले क्रिया का कर्ता ढूँढें। 'Each', 'one of' और 'news' एकवचन हैं। 'Senior' के साथ 'to' आता है, और पूर्ण वर्तमान के बाद समयावधि के लिए 'for' आता है, 'since' नहीं।

4. अंग्रेज़ी: रिक्त स्थान

   पहले तय जोड़ी जाँचें: 'no sooner ... than', 'hardly ... when', 'not only ... but also', 'insist on', 'agree to'। फिर दूसरा रिक्त स्थान देखें।

5. अंग्रेज़ी: वाक्य क्रम

   आरंभिक वाक्य विषय का नाम लेता है और 'that', 'she added' या 'into it' से शुरू नहीं होता। फिर हर वाक्य को उस वाक्य से जोड़ें जिसके संज्ञा का वह उल्लेख करता है।

6. अंग्रेज़ी: शब्दावली

   पढ़ें कि प्रश्न समान अर्थ माँगता है या विपरीत। आम जाल यह है कि समानार्थियों के बीच विपरीत शब्द रख दिया जाता है।

7. मात्रात्मक अभिरुचि: सरलीकरण

   गुणा से पहले प्रतिशत को भिन्न बना लें (48% = 12/25)। भिन्नों के गुणनफल में बड़ी संख्याएँ गुणा करने से पहले समान गुणनखंड काट दें।

8. मात्रात्मक अभिरुचि: संख्या श्रेणी

   पहले अंतर लिखें, फिर उन अंतरों के अंतर। अंतर स्थिर न हों तो ×2, ×2 + 1 और ×1.5 जाँचें, उससे जटिल नियम बाद में।

9. मात्रात्मक अभिरुचि: आँकड़ों की व्याख्या

   जोड़ से पहले सारणी के शीर्षक की इकाई पढ़ें। प्रतिशत में उसी आधार से भाग दें जिसका प्रश्न में नाम है, पंक्ति के योग से नहीं, जब तक प्रश्न पंक्ति का योग न माँगे।

10. मात्रात्मक अभिरुचि: प्रतिशत और लाभ

    r% वृद्धि के बाद r% कमी आरंभिक मान पर नहीं लौटाती: परिणाम (r/10)² प्रतिशत की गिरावट है। लाभ प्रतिशत हमेशा क्रय मूल्य पर होता है।

11. मात्रात्मक अभिरुचि: समय और कार्य, समय और दूरी

    दिन नहीं, दरें जोड़ें: दोनों मिलकर एक दिन में काम का 1/a + 1/b करते हैं। लंबाई को चाल से भाग देने से पहले km/h को 5/18 से गुणा कर m/s बनाएँ।

12. मात्रात्मक अभिरुचि: अनुपात, औसत और ब्याज

    अनुपात में कुल को भागों के योग से भाग दें। साधारण ब्याज = मूलधन × दर × वर्ष / 100, दर प्रतिशत प्रति वर्ष में।

13. तर्कशक्ति: बैठक और व्यवस्था

    पहले सिरे तय करें। 'A, B के दाएँ दूसरा है' का अर्थ है कि B और A के बीच एक व्यक्ति है और A, B के दाएँ है। प्रश्न पढ़ने से पहले पंक्ति बना लें।

14. तर्कशक्ति: न्यायवाक्य

    निष्कर्ष तभी निकलता है जब वह हर संभव चित्र में सही हो। 'सभी A, B हैं' से 'कुछ B, A हैं' मिलता है। 'कुछ A, B हैं' और 'कुछ B, C हैं' से 'कुछ A, C हैं' नहीं मिलता।

15. तर्कशक्ति: असमानता

    केवल एक ही दिशा में मुख वाले चिह्न जोड़ें। A ≥ B = C से A ≥ C कहा जा सकता है। A ≥ B और C ≥ B से A और C की तुलना नहीं बनती।

16. तर्कशक्ति: कोडिंग-डिकोडिंग

    शब्द के नीचे वर्णमाला लिखें और एक बार में एक नियम लगाएँ: पहले स्थानांतर, फिर उलटा, या पहले उलटा, फिर स्थानांतर। प्रश्न वाले शब्द से पहले उदाहरण पर नियम जाँचें।

17. तर्कशक्ति: रक्त संबंध, दिशा और क्रम

    रक्त संबंध में हर पीढ़ी एक पंक्ति में बनाएँ और लिंग तय होते ही लिख दें। पंक्ति के दूसरे सिरे से स्थान = कुल − स्थान + 1। उत्तर की ओर मुख हो तो दाएँ मुड़ने पर पूर्व होता है।

Probationary Officer / Management Trainee in a participating bank

A candidate who is provisionally allotted joins one of the participating public sector banks as a Probationary Officer / Management Trainee, on the pay scale in the notice, with allowances as per that bank. • The CRP PO/MT-XVI notice gives each Prelims test a maximum (English 30, Quantitative Aptitude 30, Reasoning 40) and says a wrong answer costs one fourth of the marks assigned to that question. It does not state the mark of each question. Equal sharing inside a test is assumed, which makes an all-wrong test minus one fourth of its maximum.
• The XVI notice does not state how many alternatives a question has. Five alternatives, one of them correct, are taken from the IBPS information handout for the CRP PO/MT-XIV Main examination on ibps.in. The XVI Prelims handout was not published when this was checked; call letters are scheduled for August 2026.
• The notice's Prelims table lists English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability, each separately timed for 20 minutes. It does not say whether that is the on-screen order, or whether a candidate may submit a test before the 20 minutes end.
• For Mains, the notice does not say whether the 25 marks of the descriptive paper are added to the 200 objective marks before the 80:20 weight with the interview, or how the 25 marks are split between the two questions. The descriptive scale is kept out of the objective total for that reason.
• Mains per-question marks are also only section totals. The hundredth used as the step is the notice's 'scores up to two decimal points', not a published mark per question.
• Cut-offs are decided by IBPS. The notice gives no fixed qualifying percentage for Prelims or Mains, unlike the interview minimum of 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
