परीक्षा के बारे में

CRP-CSA-XVI वर्ष 2027-28 की रिक्तियों के लिए ग्यारह भाग लेने वाले सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों में ग्राहक सेवा सहयोगी (लिपिक संवर्ग) की भर्ती है। उम्मीदवार केवल एक राज्य या केंद्रशासित प्रदेश की रिक्तियों के लिए आवेदन करता है। अधिसूचना 1 अगस्त 2026 की है। 29 सितंबर 2026 का शुद्धिपत्र संकेतक रिक्तियों को बदलता है और बाकी सभी शर्तें वही रखता है।

ऑनलाइन परीक्षा दो चरणों में है। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में 100 प्रश्न और 100 अंक हैं, कुल 60 मिनट: अंग्रेजी भाषा (30 प्रश्न, 30 अंक, 20 मिनट, केवल अंग्रेजी में), संख्यात्मक अभियोग्यता (35 प्रश्न, 35 अंक, 20 मिनट) और तर्कशक्ति (35 प्रश्न, 35 अंक, 20 मिनट)। हर टेस्ट का समय अलग है। मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए तभी चयन होता है जब उम्मीदवार तीनों टेस्ट में IBPS द्वारा तय कट-ऑफ पार कर ले। गलत उत्तर पर उस प्रश्न के अंक का एक-चौथाई कटता है। खाली छोड़े गए प्रश्न पर कोई कटौती नहीं होती।

मुख्य परीक्षा में 160 प्रश्न और 200 अंक हैं, कुल 125 मिनट, और हर टेस्ट का समय अलग है: सामान्य/वित्तीय जागरूकता (40 प्रश्न, 50 अंक, 20 मिनट), सामान्य अंग्रेजी (40 प्रश्न, 40 अंक, 35 मिनट, केवल अंग्रेजी में), तर्कशक्ति (40 प्रश्न, 60 अंक, 35 मिनट) और मात्रात्मक अभिरुचि (40 प्रश्न, 50 अंक, 35 मिनट)। मुख्य परीक्षा की तालिका पर 'क्रम के अनुसार नहीं' लिखा है। अंतिम मेरिट में केवल मुख्य परीक्षा के अंक गिने जाते हैं। अनंतिम आवंटन के लिए ये 200 अंक 100 में बदले जाते हैं। एक से अधिक सत्र होने पर अंकों का सामान्यीकरण इक्वि-परसेंटाइल विधि से होता है और गणना दो दशमलव तक होती है।

21 अगस्त 2026 तक किसी भी विषय में मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक होना आवश्यक है, और कंप्यूटर का कार्यसाधक ज्ञान भी। आयु 1 अगस्त 2026 को 20 से 28 वर्ष है (जन्म 2 अगस्त 1998 से पहले नहीं और 1 अगस्त 2006 के बाद नहीं), अधिसूचना में दी गई छूट के साथ। जिस राज्य या केंद्रशासित प्रदेश की रिक्ति के लिए आवेदन हो, उसकी निर्धारित स्थानीय भाषा आनी चाहिए। जिस उम्मीदवार के पास उस भाषा का दसवीं या उससे ऊपर का प्रमाणपत्र नहीं है, उसे मुख्य परीक्षा के बाद और बैंक में नियुक्ति से पहले अर्हक स्थानीय भाषा प्रवीणता परीक्षा देनी होती है।

The mains table is headed 'NOT BY SEQUENCE', so the order of the four tests on the screen is not fixed by the notification.

Candidates called for the main exam must also bring the authenticated call letter of the preliminary exam and the authenticated photocopy of the photo identity proof. Without those, the notice says they will not be allowed to appear.

The Local Language Proficiency Test is a later, qualifying, marks-based test held by the allotted bank or an independent body. It is not one of the two online phases, and candidates who produce a Class 10 or higher certificate in the opted local language do not have to take it.

अंक कैसे मिलते हैं

The main exam has 160 questions and 200 marks: General/Financial Awareness 50, General English 40, Reasoning Ability 60 and Quantitative Aptitude 50. This guide assumes the questions inside a test carry equal marks, so a question is worth 1.25, 1, 1.5 or 1.25 marks in those four tests. A wrong answer costs one fourth of the marks assigned to that question (0.3125, 0.25, 0.375 or 0.3125). A blank answer scores nothing. If every question in a test is wrong, the test falls to −12.5, −10, −15 or −12.5. The main total is the sum, out of 200. A candidate needs a minimum score in each main test and a minimum total, both decided by IBPS, and the cut-offs also depend on State and UT vacancies. Marks obtained in the main exam alone are considered for the final merit list. For provisional allotment those marks are converted out of 100. Scores from different sessions, if held, are normalised by the equi-percentile method and taken to two decimal places.

3. अंग्रेजी: शब्द-भंडार और वर्तनी

   देखें कि प्रश्न समान अर्थ पूछता है या विपरीत, क्योंकि विपरीत शब्द अक्सर विकल्पों में रखा होता है। वर्तनी में अंत से पहले दोहरे अक्षर जाँचें (accommodation में दो c और दो m हैं)।

4. अंग्रेजी: वाक्य-क्रम

   पहले आरंभिक वाक्य तय करें: वह विषय का नाम लेता है और 'then', 'finally' या ऐसे सर्वनाम से नहीं शुरू होता जिसका संज्ञा अभी आई ही नहीं। फिर 'then' या 'finally' वाली जोड़ी जोड़ें और केवल वही विकल्प जाँचें जिनमें वह जोड़ी हो।

5. अंग्रेजी: क्लोज़ टेस्ट

   कोई रिक्त स्थान भरने से पहले पूरा गद्यांश एक बार पढ़ें, ताकि काल शुरू से अंत तक एक रहे। क्रिया को उस कर्ता से मिलाएँ जो काम कर रहा है, उस संज्ञा से नहीं जो संयोग से रिक्त स्थान के पास है।

6. अंग्रेजी: अपठित गद्यांश

   उत्तर गद्यांश की पंक्तियों से दें। जो विकल्प गद्यांश में न लिखा तथ्य जोड़ दे, उसे छोड़ दें, भले ही वह स्वाभाविक लगे। 'कौन-सा सत्य नहीं' वाले प्रश्न में हर विकल्प को एक वाक्य से मिलाएँ।

7. संख्यात्मक अभियोग्यता: सरलीकरण

   पहले कोष्ठक हल करें, फिर बाएँ से दाएँ गुणा और भाग, फिर जोड़ और घटाव। वर्गों के अंतर के लिए a² − b² = (a − b)(a + b) का प्रयोग करें, दोनों संख्याओं का वर्ग निकालने के बजाय।

8. संख्यात्मक अभियोग्यता: संख्या श्रृंखला

   अंतर लिखें, फिर उन अंतरों के अंतर। यदि अंतर स्वयं दोगुने हो रहे हों, या एक तय राशि से बढ़ रहे हों, तो नियम मिल गया। नियम को केवल आखिरी अंतर पर नहीं, हर पद पर जाँचें।

9. संख्यात्मक अभियोग्यता: द्विघात तुलना

   दोनों समीकरणों का गुणनखंड करें और तुलना से पहले हर मूल लिख लें। x के हर मूल की तुलना y के हर मूल से करें। 'बड़ा या बराबर' तभी चुनें जब एक जोड़ी बराबर हो और बाकी हर जोड़ी उसी दिशा में हो।

10. संख्यात्मक अभियोग्यता: प्रतिशत

    r प्रतिशत की वृद्धि (100 + r)/100 से गुणा करती है, और कमी (100 − r)/100 से। दो क्रमिक वृद्धियों में दोनों गुणक गुणा करें; प्रतिशत जोड़ें नहीं। छूट अंकित मूल्य पर कमी है।

11. संख्यात्मक अभियोग्यता: अनुपात और औसत

    यदि अनुपात a:b है और योग T है, तो एक भाग T/(a+b) है। औसत में पहले योग बनाएँ (औसत × संख्या) और जोड़-घटाव योग पर करें, भाग अंत में करें।

12. संख्यात्मक अभियोग्यता: समय, कार्य और दूरी

    दिन नहीं, दरें जोड़ें: A x दिन में और B y दिन में एक दिन में काम का 1/x + 1/y करता है। खंभे को पार करती रेलगाड़ी में दूरी रेलगाड़ी की लंबाई है। m/s को km/h में 18/5 से गुणा करके बदलें।

13. संख्यात्मक अभियोग्यता: आँकड़ों की व्याख्या

    कोई जोड़ करने से पहले इकाई और पंक्ति-स्तंभ के शीर्षक पढ़ें। जब प्रश्न 'का प्रतिशत' कहे, तो 'का' वाली मात्रा हर है। चार योग एक बार हाशिये पर लिख लें और उन्हें फिर से निकालें नहीं।

14. तर्कशक्ति: न्यायवाक्य

    तीन वृत्त बनाएँ और केवल वही छायांकित करें जो कथन मजबूर करते हैं। 'सभी A, B हैं' और 'सभी B, C हैं' से 'सभी A, C हैं'। 'कुछ' वाला कथन 'सभी' नहीं बनता, और जहाँ संबंध न दिखे, वह निष्कर्ष नहीं निकलता।

15. तर्कशक्ति: असमानता

    चिह्नों को केवल उसी शृंखला पर जोड़ें जो एक ही दिशा में हो। ≥ दोनों ओर को बराबर भी रहने देता है, इसलिए सख्त > तभी लिखें जब शृंखला की हर कड़ी सख्त हो। शृंखला टूटे तो निष्कर्ष नहीं निकलता।

16. तर्कशक्ति: कोडिंग-डिकोडिंग

    प्रश्न के शब्द पर जाने से पहले नियम को पूरे उदाहरण पर जाँचें: हर अक्षर पर +1, क्रम उलटना, या पहला और आखिरी अक्षर बदलना। वही नियम, बिना बदले, नए शब्द पर लगाएँ।

17. तर्कशक्ति: रक्त संबंध और दिशा

    रक्त संबंध में 'मेरे दादा का इकलौता बेटा' जैसे वाक्यांश को बोलने वाले की ओर से एक-एक करके बदलें और विकल्प पढ़ने से पहले परिवार का चित्र बनाएँ। दिशा में उत्तर ऊपर रखें और व्यक्ति को घुमाएँ, पन्ने को नहीं।

18. तर्कशक्ति: क्रम, रैंकिंग और वर्णमाला

    दूसरे छोर से स्थान (कुल − स्थान + 1) होता है। वर्णमाला में बाएँ से 12वाँ अक्षर L है; आगे के कदम उसी अक्षर से गिनें, A से दोबारा नहीं।

19. तर्कशक्ति: पहेली और बैठक व्यवस्था

    पहली दो सूचनाओं से जितनी स्थितियाँ बनें उन्हें लिखें, और जिस सूचना से कोई स्थिति मर जाए उसे तुरंत काट दें। किसी व्यक्ति को तब तक न बैठाएँ जब तक उसके लिए एक ही स्थान न बचे। 'बाएँ से दूसरा' का अर्थ बीच में एक स्थान है, और 'तुरंत दाएँ' का अर्थ अगला स्थान है।

Customer Service Associate in a participating public sector bank

The process allots Customer Service Associates (clerical cadre) to one of the participating banks on merit-cum-preference, for vacancies of 2027-28. The banks named in the notification are Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Canara Bank, Central Bank of India, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, Punjab & Sind Bank, UCO Bank and Union Bank of India. • The notification does not say how many options a question has. These practice questions use four.
• The notification names the tests and gives their question counts, marks and times. It does not publish a topic-wise syllabus. The task lists above are the kinds of questions these tests have long asked; the Information Handout, issued with the call letter, is where IBPS gives further detail about the paper.
• The notification gives each test a total of marks but does not say that every question inside a test carries the same marks. The marks and penalties on this page assume equal marks within a test. For the preliminary tests the totals equal the question counts, so equal marks means 1 mark a question.
• Whether a candidate may submit a 20-minute test before the timer ends, and whether time left in one test can be used in another. The notice says the tests are separately timed and does not describe the screen.
• How compensatory time is divided across the separate timers. The notice gives 20 minutes for every hour of the examination for candidates eligible to use a scribe or the other categories it names, and, for persons with a specified disability below 40 percent who are eligible for a scribe, pro-rata time when a test is shorter than an hour.
• The preliminary cut-off in each test, and the main-exam cut-off in each test and in the total, are decided by IBPS. They are not printed in the notification.
• The main-exam table is headed 'NOT BY SEQUENCE'. The order of those four tests on screen is not fixed here. The preliminary table does not carry that heading; this guide follows the order printed there.
• The notice says scores of different sessions are normalised by the equi-percentile method. It does not print the formula.
